Shipping

Orders ship from Romania. Dispatch times vary from a few days to 1–2 weeks depending on the item.
All parcels are sent with DHL Express (or DPD for regional deliveries).

  • Zone 1 (Europe – EU & non-EU, Canada): €22 (Delivery in 2–3 business days)

  • Zone US (United States only): €30 (Delivery in 2–4 business days, all US import duties are already included in this fee, according to the latest customs changes starting 29th August 2025)

  • Zone 2 (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Middle East): €35 (Delivery in 3–4 business days)

  • Zone 3 (Australia, New Zealand, India, South America): €45 (Delivery in 4–6 business days)

DPD Regional Express

  • €5 to Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece (Delivery in 3–5 business days)

Heavy items (e.g. Low Workbench)

  • Zone 1: €55

  • Zone US: €70 (duties included)

  • Zone 2: €75

  • Zone 3: €110

Payment

All orders are processed in Euro (€). Other currencies (e.g. USD) are automatically converted at checkout by your bank or provider.
Secure payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal — you can choose your preferred method at checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Venmo.

UK customers

Due to VAT collection rules, please purchase physical items through my Etsy shop. Etsy will automatically collect and remit VAT to UK authorities.
If a specific item is not yet listed there, feel free to contact me and I will add it for you. Thank you for your understanding.

EU business customers

If you are purchasing as a company within the EU, please add your business details and valid VAT ID in the Comments section at checkout.
I will then issue a proper B2B invoice with VAT reverse charge. Please note: all prices on this website are VAT-exempt.
