Shipping

Items are shipped from Romania within 1 or 2 working days after the order was placed.

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout, some examples below:

DPD Regional Express

€3.90 to Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Greece (3-5 days to arrive)

DHL Express

Zone 1: €22 to Europe (EU & non-EU), United States, Canada (2-3 days to arrive)

Zone 2: €35 to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Middle East (3-4 days to arrive)

Zone 3: €45 to Australia, New Zealand, India, South America (4-6 days to arrive)

Heavy items (e.g. Low Workbench):

Zone 1: €55, Zone 2: €75, Zone 3: €110

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Payment

Checkout processing is done in EURO. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. You may choose the preferred method during checkout. All major cards accepted, Apple Pay and Venmo as well.

UK customers

Because of the new VAT collecting please use my Etsy Shop to purchase physical items. Etsy is a marketplace and they will collect the VAT and remit to your local authorities. If an item is not present there please contact me to list it so you can make the purchase, since technically I cannot sync my stock inventory from the website with Etsy. Thank you for understanding!

EU business customers

During checkout please provide in the “Comments” section your company info and a valid EU VAT id so I can prepare and send to you the appropriate B2B invoice with VAT reverse charge. Note that the prices shown on this website have no VAT.
