Walnut wood body, miter keys and a maple with knot lid.

The box is made with traditional woodworking hand tools and finished with Danish Oil and a top coat of micro-crystalline wax (Renaissance Wax) for protection and meantime establishing a smooth touch feel and a beautiful silky sheen look.

The inside bottom is made from birch plywood and covered by synthetic leather.

Constructively, the box frame is made with mitered ends, reinforced with veneer lamination spline keys (maple-sapele-maple), which acts also as a design element. The top and bottom are fitted into groove channels along the frame length.

Dimensions are 6.7"x 3.9"x 1.7" (170 x 100 x 43 mm), with an available inside space of 5.6"x 2.6"x 1" (142 x 68 x 25 mm).
